A Full Body Fusion class is a hybrid mix designed to torch calories, tone physique and emphasizes variety in the movements each week, so it’s never the same. If you’ve ever heard of the Barre style workout, which focuses on development and strength of the lower body through ballet inspired movement, a Full Body Fusion class combines these techniques with some of the more intense movements you would also see in a Bootcamp-style class.

what to bring with you

  • CLASS TIME

    If it’s your first time, come 15 minutes prior the class. There will be an induction session.

  • COMFY WORKOUT CLOTHES

    A comfortable set of workout clothes will make your workout easier.

  • SNACK BEFORE EXERCISE

    We recommend a light carbohydrate snack so that you are full of energy.

  • BRING WATER

    Bring a bottle with you, you’ll be able to refill it in our changing rooms.

  • SHOWER ESSENTIALS

    No one wants to get sweaty after a workout so bring clothes to shower.

  • HEADPHONE

    If you need music to stay energized, you can bring headphones
